On a Personal Note …
I am in Ottawa, Canada this week and, among
other things, I walked around the city enjoying the tulip festival. This is an
annual event in Ottawa. The Dutch royal family lived in this capital city during the second
world war. In appreciation and as
a thank you, the Dutch government sends boxes of tulip bulbs every year to
Canada. Here are some images:
